  • First, install and launch the Shoviv IMAP to Office 365 Migration Tool.
  • Click the Source IMAP tab to connect your Gmail (IMAP) account.
  • Now click on the Target Office 365 tab to connect the Office 365 account.
  • After creating connections, click on the Migration Job tab from the left pane.
  • Click on the (+) add button to create the job.
  • Name the job, and select your source project (IMAP account that you have connected).
  • Then, check the mailboxes, select your target project, and click Next.
  • In the following wizard, map your source mailbox with the target mailbox.
  • By dragging down the “Migrate In” option, select Primary Mailbox/Archive Mailbox or Public Folder and click Next.
  • Now, you will be prompted to the filter page, where you can apply a filter based on the date range and folder name. Click Next.
  • Here, you are prompted to the settings page. Here, select the mailbox/item thread count attempts in case of network failure and job run action.
