Connect IMAP
To migrate any IMAP mailbox or group of mailboxes, the first step is to create a connection between the software and the IMAP mailbox. To create the connection, you need to click on Connect IMAP button.

Click on the Connect Source option from the Source Connection list section. Clicking this option will open the new migration job wizard to create a new migration job.
- Project Name: - Here enter a name for the migration project.

- Add Mailbox : - Click on this button to add mailbox using the email address and password. Some IMAP Email Client requires users to log in with the App Password. To learn how to create an app password, Click here.

- Server Address : - Enter the server address to Connect IMAP mailbox.
- Mailbox Email : - The email address of IMAP User
- Password : - Enter the password in order to create the connection with IMAP mailbox.
- Edit IMAP Connection : - To update the Port no. or the password for IMAP mailbox connection.
- Remove Connection : - Clicking this option will remove the added mailbox from the list.
- Add Mailbox Using CSV: - With the help of this button, one can add multiple mailboxes by uploading a CSV file. (Note: make sure CSV file contains the Email address, Password, Server name, Port number.
- Validate Mailbox : - By clicking on this button, you can check whether the added mailboxes are valid or invalid.
You are done with IMAP connection creation; you can create other connection projects for multiple IMAP mailboxes as well as for other domains.
