Export DBX Item in Outlook PST
To export the selected DBX file to Outlook PST, go to the ribbon bar and click on the Outlook PST option of the 'Export DBX Items' menu.

After applying the export DBX in Outlook PST option then the wizard will open further.
Check/Uncheck Sub Folder: 'Check' this option and check all the required sub-folders of the checked folder.
Export type: This is an advance feature in this software. Select Export in PST type from the 'Export type' dropdown list.

Select Target: In this section, you can select the export target folder and also can apply password with splitting the output file
- Target Folder: Select the target folder anywhere in the disk whither you want to export DBX files in Outlook PST file format.
- PST file Options:
- File Name: Enter the PST file name which you want to create in the selected target folder. You can proceed with a default file name.
- Store Name: Enter the store name for the given PST file. you can proceed with a default file name.
- Password: If you want to create password protected PST then select the 'Password' check box. and enter password for the PST.
- Split: Using this feature you can create more than one PST file according to size (100 MB to 51200 MB or 1 GB to 50 GB). then select the 'Split' check box and enter the PST file size in GB or MB accordingly.
- If you want to export DBX files into Unicode PST then check "Create Unicode" check box.

Filter Criteria: In this section, you can select item filter criteria to include or exclude accordingly.
- Subject: Select the "Subject" option and provide a subject name in the edit box. If you want to export DBX items of the provided subject name then select the 'Include' option or If you want to exclude that subject of DBX files then select the 'Exclude' option.
- From: This option is similar to the 'subject' option. Select the "From" option and enter sender names in the edit box. If you are going to export DBX items using the specified sender name then select the 'Include' option or If you need to exclude that subject of DBX files then select the 'Exclude' option.
- To: Select this option, and insert the name of the email recipient. You can also export those DBX items which have a particular name for the email receiver through the 'Include' option. If you need to exclude that email recipient select the 'Exclude' option.
(You can insert more then one recipient, use semicolon(;) for multivalue filter.)

Here, we are applying for password protection PST file and using the 100 MB size for splitting the files creating unicode PST file format with the 'Subject'(Is Include) and 'From' (Is Exclude) Export filter Criteria. You can proceed with selecting any Criteria using the 'check' box accordingly.
- After following the required steps and enter all values, click on the Export button, then a progress bar appears on this dialogue and export process will be start.
- You can stop the process through the Stop button. Otherwise, wait to get complete the process successfully.

- While the process will be completed then the Save Report button will be enabled. using this button you can keep the report of the process anywhere on disk in an HTML file format. click on the Close button to end the process.

- After exporting the DBX file into the Outlook PST and saving the report successfully further; then click on the cancel button to end the process.
