Steps to Give Amazon WorkMail Mailbox Migration Permissions

To access all users in AWM, it is a must to create a Migration Administrator so, you can access all mailboxes. Follow the steps:

• Login to AWS Console and go with the Amazon WorkMail.

• Click on the Organizations>>Organization Settings.

• Make a click on the Migration tab>> Edit.

• Now, enable the mailbox migration permissions.

• Finally, select the user (Migration Administrator); to whom you want to give the permissions for Amazon WorkMail mailboxes. Click on Save.
