It has a handy grant full access rights option; checking this provides delegate rights of all mailboxes to the global admin. The user can migrate or export the added mailboxes to Live Exchange, Office 365, and Outlook PST.

Add Public Folder, Archive Mailbox & Outlook Profile

This feature offers users to add Live Exchange/Office 365 public folders and archive mailboxes as a source to export them into another Live Exchange/Office 365 public folders and archive mailboxes without any hurdle. The user-friendly interface helps to add Outlook profile stores as a source (preconfigured profiles) with proper folder hierarchy maintenance. And can export Outlook profile store into PST, Live Exchange, and Office 365.

Preview Facility to Preview Source Mailboxes Items

The software displays a preview of the added mailboxes data. Preview facility helps users getting assured about the added source mailbox items before exporting them into PST, Live Exchange & Office 365. The preview option also allows cross-checking of emails and ensures the correctness of data. Users can see all item properties with the MAPI tag.

Export in Live Exchange, Office 365, and Outlook Profiles

Users can export or migrate added source mailboxes into Live Exchange, Office 365 mailboxes & Outlook Profile Stores (mailboxes). Users can also do automatic & manual mapping from source to target mailboxes. One can export added source mailbox in the Live Exchange & Office365 public folder and Archive mailboxes without damaging the mailbox integrity.

Convert EDB file to PST

Shoviv Exchange Recovery Tool also provides the facility to extract and convert the selected mailbox to new and existing PST files. Besides this, it also facilitates restoring all mailboxes from corrupt or healthy EDB to new PST files. The software also allows to import/export mailbox items and transfer emails, contacts, calendars & other items between any Live Exchange server, Outlook Profile, and Office 365.

PST File Split Option

Exchange Recovery Manager helps to export the source mailbox to multiple PST files, depends upon user requirement. By default, the software creates a single PST file for the single mailbox (1mailbox = 1 PST). In case the limit of PST file size is defined by Outlook, then the software will automatically split the PST file after reaching the specified size limit. This feature comes in handy if you have large-sized mailboxes and want to save data into different PSTs.

Restore Files

Shoviv Exchange Recovery Software offers to restore data from backup files. It can extract single or multiple mailboxes from PST files to Office 365 and Live Exchange. More importantly, the software adding large files without having any obstructions in its size. It ensures that the restoring of files can take place smoothly without any additional support and hindrance.

This tool provides a simple and effective Exchange migration process for mailbox migration from one Live Exchange Server to another Live Exchange Server. It has an auto-mapping option that helps the users to automatically map the source mailboxes with the target mailboxes only when the source mailbox is similar to the target mailbox. Additionally, the user can do the manual mapping to map source mailboxes to target mailboxes upon their requirements.

Search Item & Filter Option

Exchange Recovery Manager’s Search item option help to search a specific item from added source mailboxes using different criteria such as subject, To, CC, BCC, From, Item type, Attachment Name, read/unread messages, etc. Use “semi-column (;)” to separate multi-value search. Users can select Include/Exclude option in the given search bar. Besides this, the powerful filter option helps to include & exclude the source mailbox items and filter the messages based upon the date range and message class.

Save in Various File Formats

Shoviv Exchange Recovery Manager also facilitates saving the source mailbox items to various file formats such as HTML, EML, vCal, vCard, MSG, MSG UNICODE, CAL, RTF, etc. The user can easily import added sources into the various file formats.

Save Report in HTML Format

Once the export process gets started software displays a live log report. The report carries all the information regarding the process like Folder Name, Item Count, Processed Items, Filtered Items, et cetera. Once the exportation process gets completed, you can save the log report into HTML format.

Incremental Export/Backup

Shoviv Exchange Recovery Tool has an advanced Incremental Export/Backup feature. We all know there are many instances, which can interrupt the Export process, and you have to repeat the process from the beginning. In this scenario, check the Incremental export option (exporting after the process gets interrupted). And the software will exclude already exported items and will export the remaining items in the same target.
